Sales and Marketing Manager
Reporting to the Managing Director/Operations Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to the sales/marketing team to ensure achievement of the sales targets.
Build and maintain positive relationship with clients.
Coaching and motivating the sales teams for continuous growth
Ensure accurate monthly sales reports are compiled and submitted timely
Keep abreast of the current market and client information
Development and execution of marketing strategies and action plans
Responsible of undertaking marketing activities of the company to reach new clientele
Develop revenue targets for his/her team and monitor the sales team performance
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Pre – press, Press to Post-press activities.
Minimum 5 years experience in the fields of Marketing and Sales
Professional certification in Marketing or a relevant business qualification
At least 35 years of age
Willing to work in a very competitive industry Proven experience of meeting and exceeding sales target
Presentable, dynamic and with leadership skills
Team player with excellent communication, analytical and social skills
Good marketing, selling and public relations skills
