Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Client Service Executive with experience working in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG ) Advertising or Market Research industries for one of its clients.
The Client Service Executive will be responsible for the following:
Establish and cultivate relationships with company clients;
Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements;
Liaise with, and act as the link between, the client and the company by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively;
Respond to client inquiries and find solutions to client issues;
Handle budgets, manage costs and invoicing clients;
Produce client reports; Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;
Undertake administration tasks;
Arrange and attend meetings;
Make 'pitches', in conjunction with other staff, to try to win new business for the company.
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in relevant field;
Understanding of market research;
2 – 3 years working experience;
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Strong verbal and written skills;
Excellent organizational skills.
