The ideal candidates should be ready to learn and self-driven.
Responsibilities:
Operate the machine effectively to ensure production
Work closely with the supervisor in ensuring the smooth running of the machine
Detecting and notifying the management promptly of any machine defaults
Working hand-in-hand with the other workmates to ensure work is delivered
Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Certificate
At least some experience in a similar/Related position
KCSE Certificate a must
Ability to listen and take instructions
Good communication skills in English both written and spoken
Fast Learner
willing to take responsibility
Honest and result-oriented
