Position summary:
The candidate would be required to achieve individual and departmental sales targets, increase the customer base through delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
•Advising potential client on various insurance policies
•Cash management: Ensure that premium payment cheques collected from the customers is accounted for and deposited the same day.
•Ensure customers have a full understanding of the products they are buying, by communicating effectively
•To follow up and resolve, to a satisfactory conclusion, any issues arising from sales or service queries
•Represent the company and professional image at all times.
•Maintain a flexible approach in order to accommodate changing needs and growth.
•Achieve sales targets, whilst maintaining high quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
•A degree holder / a Sales and Marketing Diploma from a recognized institution
•A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Insurance sales.
•Certificate of proficiency in Insurance (COP) preferred
•Knowledge on individual life policies, pension products and corporate sales will be of added advantage.
•Self motivated, highly organized and able to work with no supervision
•Computer proficiency.
•Proven sales experience an added advantage
•Previous related work experience
