KENYAN SHOWROOM SALES EXECUTIVES
Duties & Responsibilities of the job:
• Attend to Walk ¡n customers.
• Implement, monitor and ensure a high level of customer service is provided at all times.
• Ensure sales targets are consistently achieved and quotations are followed up regularly.
• Provide regular feedback to the Showroom Manager on daily showroom sales performance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities for the Job:
• A degree or diploma holder in management related field with a specialisation in sales and
marketing management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Retail showrooms of a reputed brand.
• Highly self motivated with passion for excellence in customer service.
• Team player with excellent organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Communications, report writing and good negotiation skills are a must.
