cum Canteen Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, supervise, and participate in the preparation of the food and variety of menus.
• Ensure that the food is produced in a timely and efficient manner and meets the highest standards of taste,
quality and presentation.
• Ensure the development of new menus based on food trends, regional tastes and client requests.
• Tracking the food costs and assists in the development of canteen budgets.
• Ensure implementation of effective cost controls without compromising quality and service standards.
• Ensure adequate resource planning and the recruitment of kitchen and canteen staff.
• Set and review the canteen objectives and provide performance feedback through performance appraisal
process.

Kenface enconsults located in Nairobi is looking to employ a marketing assistant on internship to market their new department that deals with QMS ISO 9002:2008 and EMS ISO 14001:2004 and get previous and new clients updated on the changes and ready to sign with us.

The individual should either be doing a sales and marketing course or completed the course.
He/she should know the basic principles of marketing and market research techniques and be willing to work on the
basic allowances offered.
He/ she will be taken through an introductory course on ISO and what it entails before beginning the field work.
He/she will be working together with a certified lead auditor in EMS and QMS
