Supply Chain Manager

An enthusiastic self starter with a strong drive to improve existing processes and systems is highly desired.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to balance immediate / long term priorities and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity.
Key objectives will be achieving/improving/exceeding targeted customer service levels, managing inventory levels and targets, and managing supply and demand within the Organization.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan and execute procurement process with manufacturers and suppliers.
  • Maintain strong working relationships and communications directly with the internal, existing and potential clients.
  • Proactively report product and material availability issues.
  • Inventory Management: DOS reporting, inventory parameters, reduction and reserve percentage measurements, revaluation,
  • Coordinate with contract manufacturers and suppliers the required commercial documents
  • Participate and contribute to monthly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process
  • Complete special projects and assignments as requested
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field
  • 2-3 years Supply Chain Planning experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and application
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)
  • Insurance experience – added advantage
  • ERP system experience - added advantage
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
  • Professional affiliation certification or certification in progress preferable
