Position: Social Media Marketing Representative
Location: Nairobi

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a comprehensive social media strategy geared towards increased company visibility, membership and traffic as well as implementing and managing social media communication.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Aggressively sourcing for new clients through the social media tools like Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, Skype, LinkedIn, blogs e.t.c
- Conducting and monitoring web campaigns
- Tracking Web traffic
- Updating and maintaining an error free website
- Aggressively searching for frequently visited websites to host company’s products
- Training other team members on Web related matters
- Following up on customers from inception to the completion of the final payment
- Coming up with new ways of doing things, new innovations, putting them down and discussing with the supervisor to agree on way forward
- Participating and contributing towards new products development and aggressive marketing of the same
- Keeping pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
- Measuring the impact of social media on the overall marketing effort
Skills and Qualification
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing from a reputable institution
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience in sales in which one year MUST be in website related marketing.
- Experience in real estate market is an added advantage
- Website related training from reputable institution
- Certification in Computer Literacy
- Excellent Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Experience with popular social media monitoring tools (Google, Twitter Search, Social Mention, etc) and popular social media management tools (Tweet Deck, Hoot Suite, etc)
