Sales Associate
Location: Kangemi, Nairobi
Job Description:
Our client is a social business dedicated to providing affordable and accessible waste collection services to residents, businesses, and schools in low-income communities.
The Sales Associate would be responsible for speaking with potential customers, generating sales leads, and signing up new clients.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who wishes to grow with an up and coming company, sharpen their sales skills, and help make Nairobi a cleaner and safer environment for all.
The ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:
Technical Skills:
- At least 1 year of work experience in Sales
- Experience with door-to-door sales is a plus.
- Fluency with English and Kiswahili
Personal Skills:
- Self-motivated
- Honest & Trustworthy
- Excellent communication skills
- Excited about sales
Salary
Starting salary for this position is 9,000 Ksh a month.
Pay will increase after initial 3 month probation period
Sales Associates will receive 25% commission on each sale.
There is no cap on how much commission they can make
