Receptionist vacancy in Kenyan ICT Company - Dynamic People Consulting
Dynamic People Consulting is recruiting a Receptionist for one of its clients in the ICT industry.
The individual will be responsible for the following:
- Answering and forwarding phone calls;
- Provide information to callers;
- Deal with queries from the public and customers;
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness;
- Provide general administrative and clerical support;
- Prepare correspondence and documents;
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries;
- Schedule appointments;
- Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically;
- Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering;
- Monitor and maintain office equipment;
- Control inventory relevant to reception area;
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
Successful candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Degree in the relevant field;
- At least two years working experience;
- Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications;
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Good phone etiquette;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks;
- Attention to detail and good sense of procedures;
