HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMIN OFFICER REF: HR/13/1
Key responsibilities
  • Participation in recruitment of staff
  • Coordination of training programs
  • Coordination of performance management
  • Management of health and safety programs
  • Management of office security and office services
  • Management of administrative controls and procurement
  • Management of Company motor vehicles
Qualifying criteria
  • Bachelors Degree in a business related field
  • Post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management
  • 3 years relevant working experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications
