UNICEF Request for Expression of Interest Provision of Graphic Design Services, Media gathering and Production for Somalia

Request for Expression of Interest
Reference: USSC/EOI/2013/001
The United Nations Children’s Fund, (UNICEF Somalia Support Centre), is soliciting applications from duly registered and suitably qualified contractors interested in
 
I) Provision of Graphic Design Services
II) Media gathering and Production for Somalia
Suppliers interested to do business with UNICEF must meet the following requirements;
  • Complete and sign UNICEF supplier profile form consisting of company structure, number and type of employees.
  • Submit certificate of incorporation as business concern duly registered to conduct the type of services required.
  • Interested company proves that it has the relevant and qualified expertise and necessary equipment to provide the graphic designing and media production services.
  • At least three references of major customers/clients.
  • Prepared to accept UNICEF’s General Terms and conditions.
  • For submission of responses the envelope should be clearly marked with the EOI number USSC/EOI/2013/001 and the specific services the company is applying for. i.e Provision of Graphic Design Services or Media Gathering and Production for Somalia
The office shortly intends to issue Request for Proposals (RFP) with detailed Terms of Reference.
A response to this Request for Expression of Interest does not automatically ensure that the interested company will be selected for the RFP. Responses will be carefully reviewed and will be used to select suppliers for RFP invitation.
Consequently it is important that the supplier meet the above requirement and provide full and accurate
information.
Interested suppliers are requested to obtain from the undersigned the UNICEF Supplier Profile Form and return back along with the required documents.
Existing UNICEF suppliers who have participated in UNICEF invitation to bids in the past are also requested to renew their interest by updating their records.
Closing Date for receiving supplier profile forms and support documents is 28th January 2013.
