Cambridge University Press is looking for a Sales Executive to take responsibility for growing its business in Kenya.

Job Description:
The role is a full time one with an initial one year contract renewable
on performance. The Sales Executive’s primary responsibility will be
promoting, developing and growing sales of all Cambridge publications
(appropriate to the territory) to educational institutions (schools,
colleges, universities, libraries, etc.) and wholesalers of books and
educational material.
Qualification:
- Prospective candidate, holder of at least a Bachelors Degree in Education, Commerce or its equivalent.
- Must be highly motivated, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the book publishing industry in the area of sales & marketing.
- They must possess demonstrated skills in prospecting and closing sales.
- Must be proficient in written, spoken and presentational communication skills; able to deal with objections.
- Must be results-oriented and capable of managing independence.
Prospective candidate should be Kenyan and residing in Nairobi for the last 10 years and holder of a valid driver’s licence and passport.
