The successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas:
• To arrange for submission of all recruitment documents to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• To liaise with the insurance provider to ensure that all employees are insured as per the laid down policies.
• To assist in the implementation of Human Resource Policies and procedures.
• To assist in coordinating recruitment process and prepare employment contracts on the strength of a thorough knowledge and understanding of Kenya labor laws.
• To coordinate all training activities.
• To prepare divisional management circulations and HR letters to ensure effective communication to the business.
• To capture staff details into HR system in order to obtain accurate and update records for payroll and pension administration.
• To arrange for Divisional meetings to ensure smooth running of the Division Management.
• To compile employee files and arrange for safe custody to ensure security and confidentiality of staff information.
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
• A Degree in a business related field will be an added advantage
• Have at least three (3)years experience in Human Resource Function
• Knowledge and proficiency in Ms Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills with ability to influencing others positively
• Have good communicate skills both orally and in writing
