Our client, a leading furniture provider to commercial and residential customers, seeks to recruit a qualified and experienced individual to fill the 2 positions of Showroom Sales Executives.
Station: Nairobi
Salary: 30-40K plus commissions
Age: 25-28 years
Job Purpose
To maximize sales and disseminate relevant and up to date information on our clients’ products.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain business relationship with individual and corporate clients handle their queries, and report on any significant/persistent concerns to management
Identify potential customers solicited business, monitor customers’ enquiries and production, and work with them to identify appropriate needs
Introduce new products to clients in the showroom and investigate any needs that are not being satisfied by our client and report to the management appropriately
Note customer's specific requirements/suggestions for discussion with the sales and management team
Continually monitor competitor activities and report to the Head of Sales and Marketing for action.
Academic Qualifications:
At least a Degree/Higher Diploma in sales and marketing.
Certificate in customer service or any hospitality industry training.
Level of Experience:
1 - 2 years experience in the service industry sector
