LECTURER
Reports to: Chief Operations Manager
Job Purpose:
To offer expertise advice to the Chief Operations Manager. To plan and carry out relevant

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The principal duties of the incumbent include:
• Formulate and implement marketing plans, including relevant customer acquisition and

• Establish and maintain up to date computerized customer and prospects database.
• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation, and protect institution’s brands
via suitable Marketing activities.
• Carry out regular market research, competitor and customer surveys.
• Monitor front desk activities in line with the marketing plan.
• Monitor and report on marketing activities and provide relevant management information.
• Coordinate activities within centres with regards to academics and administration
• Liaise with the Communication and PR department to ensure synergy of activities
Person Specification
• Minimum of relevant undergraduate degree in marketing or related field, with at least
three years work experience in the field of marketing in a large public or private
institution.
• Must be adept in use of MS Office 2007, particularly excel, PowerPoint, and word, and
also ability to use internet and email facilities.
• Self driven, reliable, tolerant, result oriented with a positive outlook, and clear focus on
