CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) TUSKER FC
The purpose of the role is to provide Tusker FC with the leadership required to transform it into an independent and sustainable organization, get the best out of the team members to achieve excellence in the national, regional and global arena.
The Tusker FC CEO will report to the Board of Tusker FC and forge an effective working relationship between the board, the Club management and the players.
The CEO will formulate and execute a strategy to make the team viable and self sustaining, and
steer Tusker FC to become a formidable outfit that demonstrates a high level of performance and achievement
This is a high profile role and the individual should be comfortable interacting with key business personalities to win and implement wide-ranging programs in line with the club.
To be able to effectively achieve the above, the job holder would need to demonstrate astute strategic management acumen, in depth knowledge of international and local football, the current challenges in the local arena and particular leverage points on the global platform.
An appreciation of basic marketing principles and brand management is also an added advantage.
The candidate should have a basic degree from a recognized university and evidence of previous management of an undertaking to high performance levels will be required.
