SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Summary
Our client, a leading supplier of home electrical appliances manufactured by leading companies
seeks to fill the position of a Sales Representative.
Responsibilities
· Improve on the existing business and probing for new ones.
· Project company's objectives to the market i.e. dealers / customers.
· Collect feedback from the market regarding the market share, competition, new idea.
· Strengthen brand image through product training to the salesmen in the outlets.
· Improving on the displays and promotions at the outlets.
· Advise the company on the market demands and dynamics change and propose improvements
on the same.
· Promote better working relations through ensuring good public relations with clients.
· Manage up country clients where necessary.
· Execute marketing activities i.e. ensure that all clients are well informed in terms of stock,
sales etc.
· Recommendation on credit limits and periods.
· Getting the competitors information and advising on the same.
· Visits to clients and in house training on products.
· Meetings with dealers on growth, introduction of new products and payments.
· Monitoring existing accounts while in search of new prospects.
Qualification and experience
· Bachelor in Commerce – Marketing option, or related degree with 3 years experience or
Diploma in sales & marketing with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
· Corporate sales or business to business (b2b) sales experience will be an added advantage.
· Team worker.
· Smart, creative and innovative.
· Well-organized and ability to multi-task.
