Job Title: Sales Representative
Main Responsibilities include:
- Accountable for the achievement of the set territory sales volumes
- Achieve the set coverage, core distribution and visibility targets in the assigned area
- Promptly communicate trade and competitors information to management
- Ensure that the promotional program is implemented effectively and efficiently in store
- Ensure collection is made in line with set payment terms
- Develop proper relations and rapport with customers and account personnel
- Ensure shelf and warehouse stocks are correctly audited, rotated, and the short expiry issues are properly handled in line with company policy
- Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities and other required reports and forms, timely submission of traveling and expenses claims
Skills & Qualifications
- Should be at least a Diploma graduate in sales and marketing or equivalent
- 3 Experience in Sales of FMCG goods
- Knowledge about Agent Network i.e. Duka’s, Kiosks and Wholesalers is prefered
- Clean and professional appearance
- Presentable
- Excellent attitude / enthusiasm
- Self-motivator
- Disciplined and organized
