Our client is Total Security Solution Provider in Nairobi Kenya is looking for aggressive and creative ICT Engineer for the security solutions products.
Salary: Gross of Kshs 30K - 45K
Job Purpose: ICT Engineer to carry out program software installation for the security systems which include: Access Control System, CCTV, X-Ray Scanner, alarm system, Medtal detector, Auto gate and Under Vehicle Monitoring System
Key Responsibilities
Program software installation, setting and operation
Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet
Installing antivirus protection
To provide technical advice/ training on how to use the system
To provide support and good training to sales persons on the systems
Trouble shooting and technical support
Provide maintenance services; fixing network faults
Suggesting IT solutions to business problems
Making sure all IT meets industry standards
Required Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
At least a Diploma in ICT from a recognized institution
At least two years' experience in ICT environment
Vast knowledge on ICT environment (networking, IP setting, anti-virus etc)
Excellent knowledge in IT application systems
Good problem solving skills
Good at organising, prioritising and multi-tasking
Ability to explain technical problems in a simple way
Dedicated to keeping their skills and knowledge fresh
