With their expansion, a position of a HR Shared Services Coordinator has been created to handle one of the units.
Job Summary
Provide a variety of HR transactions in the SAP Human Capital Module such as new hire, termination information personal data, compensation benefits and tax data and personal action changes, and administration of absence.
Contribute to the development of new operational policies and procedures affecting HR shared services. Recommend operational changes/adoptions.
Provides updates tor the HR teams in the Business units as changes in policies or procedures occur.
Provide new employees (and existing employees) with information about HR policies, procedures and protocols.
Provide secretarial support to SCSO staff through managing interactions with internal and external persons (phone, email, in person).
Provide administrative support such as travel arrangements and expense reimbursement, cash and other requisition.
Supervise the upkeep of the Central Service Office to ensure cleanliness and well-maintained premises at all times.
Education
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field ( Mandatory)
Experience
4 to 5 years of Human Resources experience preferably in a generalist capacity preferred
2 years HR service center experience (Preferred)
Knowledge and Skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Work effectively in a dynamic time-sensitive and confidential environment
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, ability to explain processes and policies effectively
Technology savvy
Ability to balance employee advocacy and organizational objectives
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multi tasks
