The Co-operative University College of Kenya (CUCK),
formerly Co-operative College of Kenya, was established through the
Co-operative University College of Kenya Order, Legal Notice No. 161 of
4th November 2011 as a Constituent College of Jomo Kenyatta University
of Agriculture and Technology. The University College aims at becoming a
leading center of excellence for a globally competitive cooperative
sector. CUCK is 9001:2008 ISO Certified and has established Campuses in Nairobi CBD,
Meru, Mombasa with the main Campus located approximately 20 km from
Nairobi City Centre in the serenity of Karen suburbs, a very conducive

ASSISTANT REGISTRAR (HUMAN RESOURCE) – GRADE 12 (NT/AR-HR/1/13)
Applicants for this position must:
- Have a Masters degree in Public Administration or any relevant area with three (3) years experience at a senior management level in Human Resource administration within university or an equivalent organization with proven knowledge in implementation of HR Policies, systems and procedures.
- Have effective communication, analytical, negotiations skills, hands on skills in performance appraisal and performance contracting as well as the ability to work as a team player.
- Have adequate knowledge of Labour Laws and be conversant with Human Resource Management Information Systems and computer knowledge within area of assigned responsibility and the ability to learn.
