As part of our commitment to meeting our performance objectives, we are looking for top class individuals to fill vacant positions in Engineering Department.
1. Auto Electrician
I) The Job
Reports to the Workshop Senior Department Head.
ii) Key Result Areas
Maintain and repair electrical/electronic circuits on vehicles and equipment/machines.
Interpret and Install electrical/electronic circuits.
Charge and repair batteries.
Trouble shooting.
Raise requisitions.
Housekeeping.
Hand over a status report to incoming replacement.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
iii) The Person
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:-
Aged between 24 – 35 years old.
Form Four Certificate Grade C and above or equivalent.
Craft or Final proficiency certificate in Auto Electrical engineering.
Diploma in Auto Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in electronic engine/transmission systems operation or Mechatronics desirable.
Experience of at least 3 years in maintenance of automotives in a busy workshop.
Must have a complete tool box
A team player and with good communications skills.
Must be ready to work in either day or night shift as and when required.
Computer literacy and a motor vehicle driving license will be an added advantage.
2. Survey Leadsperson
The Position reports to the Civil Works Senior Department Head.
i) Key Result Areas
Age between 25-35 years
KCSE mean grade of C plain
Diploma in land Surveying and Photogrammetry
MS Office proficiency
Ability to use a total station in surveying works and knowledge of digital mapping.
Post qualification experience of at least FIVE years.
Knowledge of Auto-Cad and any survey software as an added advantage
Driving license as an added advantage.
A team player with good communications skills.
ii) The Person
Conduct land survey, determine boundary lines, and re-establishment of land survey boundaries.
Make topographical surveys using Total station.
Plot field data using CAD/survey software.
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations of conducted survey data.
Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.
Calibrate surveying equipment in order to maintain their accuracy.
Conduct engineering survey works including taking levels for drainage, pipeline and mainlines.
Hand over a status report as and when required.
Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
