ADMINISTRATOR JOB IN KENYA

This position reports to the Production Manager and is charged with providing administrative support to the Workshop and also the Administration Department.

Responsibilities

Managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures
All administrative tasks such as ordering office sundries and stationery
Maintains the Manpower List for the Workshop
Ensures timely communication to and from workshop staff

Assists in the recruitment process of Workshop staff
Liaises with the Administration Department on statutory requirements for the Workshop.

Qualifications, skills and experience

A minimum of a Diploma in Business Management.
3 years working experience in a busy environment
Good ICT knowledge, especially in MS Office Suite.
Good reporting skills.
A high level of integrity, reporting, communication and team relations skills.
