JOB DESCRIPTION
Purpose:
To deliver all payables operational functions within the Unilever East and
Southern Africa countries served under the Finance Shared Services Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
• Match invoices to respective LPOs and Goods/Services Received Notes
• Route invoices and Goods Received Notes to the respective
departmental managers for approval
• Post invoices into the Fourth Shift accounting system
• Process invoices for payment as they fall due
• Post manual journals as required
• Prepare supplier reconciliations
• Prepare General Ledger to Sub Ledger reconciliation
Qualification:
• Be a holder of a Bachelors’ degree in a business related field from a
recognized university
• Be a holder of CPA section 3 and actively pursing full CPA qualification
• Experience in Fourth Shift or Sun Accounting is an added advantage but
not mandatory
• Good oral and written command of English.
Valid until: 06 Nov 2011
