Reporting to the Human Resources and Administration Manager, the Clerical Officer
(Transport and Office Service Administration) will assist the HR and Administration Division to deliver on its objectives.

Core duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient, timely availability, and cost effective management of the Authority’s fleet of vehicles
• Establish and maintain systematic and safe custody of records
• Coordinate efficient and continuous provision of office services and maintenance of office equipment
• Ensure that the Authority maintains a current lease and timely rent payments
