Reporting to the Director, Market Operations the Corporate Approvals Manager is responsible for providing the technical and strategic leadership in the coordination of the timely review of license applications; information memoranda and other documentation for the listing of issues and offers through the securities exchange as well as approval of equity and debt instruments in line with capital market requirements.
