Main Responsibilities

• Supervising the back and front office
• Opening and closing stock
• Supervising 15 people
• Ensuring production is well taken care of
• Customer service
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are taken care of

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 years experience as a supervisor in a busy institutional canteen like a school or college.

• Diploma in Hotel Management/Institutional Catering Management from a recognized institution.
