Marketing Executive/ Office Administrator job in Nairobi
Our
Client, an Events Management company located in Nairobi, dealing with
events management training and organizing is URGENTLY seeking to employ a
young, smart, energetic and presentable person (preferably a lady) as a
Marketing Executive/ Office Administrator.
JOB PURPOSE:
•
Maintains office operations by receiving and distributing
communications; maintaining supplies and equipment; serving customers
and doing online marketing for the company.
JOB DUTIES:
• Forward information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
• Maintain supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels;
anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying
receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
•
Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting
failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation;
monitoring and purchasing meter fund
• Maintains office schedule by picking-up and delivering items using automobile.
• Serves customers by backing-up receptionist; answering questions;
forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers
informed of order status.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in training opportunities.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for
accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add
value to job accomplishments.
ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS:
• A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Administration or any relevant field.
• A Diploma in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
• Self motivated/driven
• Requires minimum supervision
• A trustworthy person of high integrity.
