A Pan African Development Company serving clients at the Bottom of the pyramid in Kenya, is seeking to recruit its Head of Corporate Social Responsibility.
Key Responsibilities: -
Designing, implementing, sourcing funding and reporting on the company’s CSR initiatives. - Establish and seek approval of a CSR Business Plan, and policies.
- Design and implement Community Partnerships
- Design and implement Entrepreneurship programs
- Design and implement donor funded programs
- Manage relationships with Stakeholders and Donor community
- Improve the awareness of CSR in the organization
- Design and participate in the implementation of the company’s environmental policy.
- Communicate to stakeholders the CSR activities and their impact.
Qualifications and Competences:
- 5+ years experience in Business Development
- 3+ years experience in social impact investment or program management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of Corporate Finance including the ability to prepare financial reports and financial projections.
Educational Requirements.
- Equivalent of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management
- MBA of Equivalent
- 3 years experience in related field
- Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Customer care knowledge & skills.
- High integrity and strong ethical standards.
