Job Description
ESA Reporting Assistant
Reports to: Information Management Manager - ESA
Roles and responsibilities
Indirects
• Preparing the Indirects budgets for the cluster
• Indirects Actual Spend tracking
• SCOA+ Compliance
• Indirects Partnering
o Co-ordinate with various functional indirects partners to ensure that they are giving the
required support to their functions and give them the required support
• Adhoc
o Partner the business in identifying and tracking indirects savings projects
o Update the indirects collection templates requested by the region (VPA correction/ YoY
Indirects corrections etc)
o Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the IM Manager
o Maintain all the master data to ensure that the online reports are correctly updated
Trade Working Capital
• Preparing the TWC budgets for the cluster
• TWC Actual tracking
• SCOA+ Compliance
• Adhoc
o Partner the business in identifying and tracking TWC savings projects
o Perform any other tasks as may be assigned by the IM Manager
o Partner with IT to ensure that online reports to track TWC are developed and working
accurately
o Maintain all the master data to ensure that the online reports are correctly updated
o Prepare monthly commentaries on TWC (Actual & Forecast)
Qualification/Skills
• A Finance or Business related degree – Second Class Upper
• A Professional course is a must– ACCA/CPA
• Working experience of 1-2 yrs in a Management Accounting role would be an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Good Analytical skills
• Self motivated and self drive
