NDI Somalia Program Title:  Program Officer
NDI Somalia is seeking a program officer who will lead its civic education programs under the supervision of the Program Manager.

The Program officer will support the development and design of civic education activities and will also oversee focus group research which aims to engage and increase the awareness of Somali citizens and civil society organizations around the provisional constitution.

The program officer will support the program manager and the regional director in the day-to-day activities of planning, designing and implementing civic education programs by performing the duties listed below. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

Program Design and Implementation

• Lead the design of the civic education programs during proposal writing, work-planning, and strategic development and assist in development and updating of program work plans and budgets.
